We’ll explore a sampling of simple, research-proven practices that improve mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. All are free and utilize either pen & paper, gentle physical movement, mindful awareness, or breathing techniques. We’ll provide materials and a list of free resources to help you practice at home.
